The shape of water
Arrived at the present day as the most important component of the (and ), the faucet, includes water regulating devices installed at the end of an aquifer conduit, mainly on a sanitary ( , or ), whose power of the jet is conditioned by the presence of valves that can be part of the "body" of the faucet or can be mounted next to or on the wall; it is precisely because of the presence of the latter component that in ancient Rome this product was known as "valvulae".
Today these items are produced from many materials but the ones we prefer on our site, represent all materials that can be cleaned easily and are certain to last, such as, brass and steel;
Brass is used most because of its ability to offer a variety of finishes (from shiny to matte, from golden to coppery) in post-production.
The "ways" of water
Many are the installation methods and many are the models available; installation is essential to give appearance and body to the sanitary fixtures and they can be on the floor (with attached holes on the sanitary fixture in question) with the valves in case of presence mounted either at its side or on the wall; on the wall with attached recessed part to be able to install the item, again the valves can be installed , if present, on the basin in the presence of the holes or on the wall; on the floor or ceiling.
They can also vary from single-lever models that consist of faucet articles with only a mechanical component capable of managing both the power and temperature of the water, to "way" models where through holes on the sanitary ware several valves are mounted, each with a different task (also in this case obviously capable of managing the power of the jet, and the other/the other the temperature).
