Q – How do I pay for my order?
A – You can pay for your order by Paypal, Credit card or Bank transfer.
Q – Where can you ship?
A – We are able to ship worldwide through various types of logistics services that vary according to customer needs. We use DHL, FedEX and GLS as shipping couriers.
Q – Do the prices on the website include the cost of transport?
A – For shipments within Italy, the price includes transport. For shipments abroad, however, the cost of transport is calculated according to the weight and volume of the package.
Q – How can I calculate the shipping cost?
A – Calculating the shipping cost is easy. Once you have added the product to your cart, click on it and then on the "CHECKOUT" button to land on the Onestepcheckout page. Depending on the country selected in the "Country" field on the left, you will see the shipping cost in the "ORDER DETAILS" field on the right. You will then be able to select your preferred shipping method.
Q – What is the purpose of the "ADD TO QUOTE" button?
A – If you would like a dedicated quote for your item(s), you can press this button to send our sales manager a request for a quote, without any obligation.

A - We are a company that has been in the market for over 40 years, we have two offices with showrooms in Conversano and Monopoli (BA).

Q - Are the products original? Are they covered by warranty?
A - All items supplied by Edilceram Design are original and guaranteed by the relevant manufacturer. The warranty can vary from 2 to 10 years and is determined by the manufacturer.
Q - Do I have the right to return goods?
A - Yes, the right to return goods is free of charge and guaranteed for 14 days from the date of delivery.
Q - Do you also offer a 3D design service?
A - Yes, we can create customised 3D renderings based on your project.
